The renovation is complete: Hotel am Hopfensee now offers a completely redesigned gym. Modern equipment, plenty of natural light, and panoramic views of Lake Hopfensee and the Allgäu Alps transform your holiday workout into a true experience – for all who don’t want to miss out on exercise even during a wellness holiday.
Fitness and relaxation are not mutually exclusive for us; they belong together. With the renovation, we have reimagined our gym from the ground up: more space, more light, and a selection of equipment suitable for a quick workout before breakfast or an ambitious training session after a hike.
Our goal was a training area that seamlessly integrates into the overall concept of our boutique hotel – minimalist in design, high-quality in equipment, and with a view that makes even the treadmill an experience.
What makes our gym special is its location: instead of facing a windowless wall, you look out onto Lake Hopfensee and the mountain scenery of the Allgäu during your workout. A sunrise on the treadmill, the evening atmosphere during the last sets on the strength machine – this view turns every training session into a small moment of escape.
The gym is available to all hotel guests during their stay. Exact opening hours and access details can be obtained at the reception or directly upon booking – we flexibly adjust them to the season so you can easily integrate your workout into your daily routine.
The new gym is another building block in our concept of movement, relaxation, and nature. After your workout, our wellness area awaits you with a sauna, infinity pool, and massages – and if you prefer to be active outdoors, you’ll find excellent conditions right outside the door for hiking, cycling, or skiing in the Allgäu.
This way, your holiday at Lake Hopfensee can be shaped to your own rhythm: an intense workout in the morning, a relaxing sauna in the afternoon, enjoyment in the evening.
